With over 30 years experience in sales and customer service, Roy offers a demonstrated history of building lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service. His drive to surpass his client's expectations has become a hallmark of his career. In addition to a sterling commitment to his clients, he has spent 36 years buying, selling, renovating and operating local rental properties and provides a significant understanding of the residential communities in and around Spokane.

Dedicated to the Community

Every time Roy sells a home a portion of his commission goes to the Windermere Foundation which contributes funds to non-profit organizations dedicated to helping homeless families. Since 1989 more than $15,000,000 dollars have been collected to help the homeless.
